Exchange & Returns
Any and all sales are final. Amos Industries Pte Ltd does not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on any items purchased unless your order is found to contain a defective product or your order is incorrect. To exchange/return a product, please contact customer service at email@example.com to access your eligibility for returns. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check that your order is correct on delivery. All returns must be made to 2 Yishun Industrial Street 1, #07-18 Northpoint Bizhub, Singapore 768159 within ten (10) calendar days from the delivery date and for products to be eligible for return, they must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered and with any accessories attached, in the original package and plastic wrap (including the original delivery box, if any). The original invoice must be also provided.
